What is the difference between trade shows and trade fairs?

There isn’t any difference between trade show and trade fairs. In America, business and professional exhibitions are referred to as trade shows and in Europe, they are called exhibitions or trade fairs. Every country or region can have different trade fair regulations and exhibitors need to comply with statutory guidelines of the organizer venue.
