Sankt Leon-Rot / Poznan Germany – July 2025 — Expo Exhibition Stands is pleased to announce the expansion of its European setup network with a new full-service facility in Poland. This move marks a strategic step in strengthening operational capacity and delivering faster, more efficient exhibition stand services to clients across Central and Eastern Europe.
Following the establishment of Expo Poland in 2023, the team initially supported warehousing and assembly operations. With the launch of a larger facility exceeding 2,000 square meters, Poland will be a complete service location capable of handling full-scale projects in-house.

“This expansion allows us to scale operations and bring production and setup closer to many of our customers,” said Ralf-Thomas Becker, Chief Executive Officer at Expo Exhibition Stands. “It supports our goal to streamline logistics, improve responsiveness, and offer more competitive pricing in nearby regions.”
With key exhibition venues such as Messe Berlin, Leipziger Messe, Brno Exhibition Centre, Messe Dresden, Bella Center Copenhagen, and Messe Wien in neighbouring countries, the new facility’s central location translates into more competitive pricing, quicker turnaround, and on-ground support.
Michal Malkiewicz, Managing Director of Expo Exhibition Stands Poland, added: “After three years of steady growth, this is a major step forward. With our expanded capabilities and strategic location, we can now deliver tailored solutions faster and more cost-effectively for clients exhibiting across Central Europe. It’s a win for both our team and the businesses we support.”
The new premises will be operational from August 2025, gradually supporting selected cities as part of a phased rollout. This growth will also provide valuable learning and development opportunities for the Polish team while maintaining centralised project and graphic management across all locations.
With this development, Expo Exhibition Stands reinforces its commitment to delivering reliable and end-to-end booth services throughout Europe, backed by decades of industry expertise and in-house control.
